Bridge Instruments
With our very broad and complete spectrum of bridge instruments from DEIF, you are able to build innovative and practical bridge applications for all types of vessels. These bridge instruments are designed to meet all requirements of maritime authorities and classification societies worldwide.
Bridge instruments and MED systems
DEIF’s spectrum of bridge instruments covers digital bridge instruments, analog bridge instruments, wind sensors and rudder position indicators. System approval costs and risks can be reduced by using DEIF’s pre-approved MED systems. For example, the XL indicators can be used in conjunction with other products in DEIF’s bridge instrument portfolio, such as XDi, TRI-2 panorama indicator and RTA/C rudder position indicators, to create an MED system.
Analog bridge instruments
DEIF’s analog meters are illuminated, accurate and easy to read. The processing of the measurement signal is done digitally so the signal generator is not stressed and thus multiple measuring instruments can be connected to one transducer.
DEIF has a large library of standard scales available. In addition we can create personalized designs for you. Almost as a matter of course, DEIF’s bridge instruments are provided with all common maritime approvals.
Digital bridge instruments
DEIF’s XDi series is a leader in digital bridge instruments. With the ability to display two or more parameters on one display and the flexible and accurate display, the XDi series is cost-effective and space-saving.
Rudder angle transmitter
With rudder angle transmitters from DEIF, you lay the foundation for a safe and accurate steering system. Combined with digital or analog display solutions, these Rudder angle transmitters offer complete MED solutions for 4-20mA, +/- 10V and CAN systems.
Windsensors
The wind sensors from DEIF that we can supply offer a complete solution for monitoring wind conditions in combination with the XDi-N digital gauges with which you immediately meet the MED requirements. The wind sensors are equipped with heating element to avoid condensation and freezing and have no rotating parts.
