Conveying and Bottle Chains

The conveyor and bottle chains in our range offer the ideal solution for conveying virtually all types of bottles, cans, boxes, jars, crates and other packaging. All conveyor chains are made of high quality plastics or (stainless) steel and offer the possibility to design a conveyor that can convey straight, in curves and vertically.

As part of our complete range of components for creating a conveyor system, we offer a specialized range of conveyor chains and accessories.

The conveyor chains in our range are available in widths up to 304.8mm and can be equipped with various options to make the chain more suitable for your specific goods. For example, it is possible to work with rubber inserts for more grip or the track can be fitted with rollers for lower friction.

For more specialized applications, it is also possible to manufacture conveyor chains from special materials with specific properties. For example, we can supply chemical-resistant, heat-resistant, flame-retardant, antistatic and extra wear-resistant conveyor chains.

Flat-top chains
A basic ½-inch or ¾-inch roller chain with top plates mounted on it can convey large weights, or position products. A top plate equipped with grippers makes an ideal rinser chain.
