The robust and flexible AMC 300 PLC allows you to build powerful solutions for maritime and offshore applications. Designed to meet maritime approvals, the Linux-based PLC platform incorporates proven technologies such as EtherCAT and is easy to specify, install and maintain. The modular architecture provides maximum design flexibility, and the robust design and advanced cyber security features ensure years of resilient and trouble-free operation.

The AMC 300 is designed to get the job done even under harsh conditions. Fully functional from -40 °C, the controller can start up by self-heating and controlling and monitoring auxiliary equipment from this extreme temperature. The rugged metal case provides superior shock (50G) and vibration resistance during use and transportation.

The AMC 300’s modular architecture allows you to use it for compact, flexible and service-friendly solutions – from simple plug-and-play rack modules to cabling with pluggable connectors. The EtherCAT fieldbus supports several hundred I/O points through a modular system.

The controller is based on CODESYS V3 and supports IEC 61131-3 programming. This allows for easy programming and configuration, and you can easily reuse existing PLC codes when converting from other PLC solutions.

The AMC 600 is our 6th generation PLC for land, marine and wind power control applications. The AMC 600 is designed to meet marine specifications and withstand very harsh operating conditions. The modular, service-friendly design and extensive control and customization options offer great performance and flexibility with up to 12 EtherCAT-based I/O modules per controller rack.

The AMC 600’s modular design concept offers ultimate flexibility: six different rack sizes give you 4 to 14 module slots, allowing you to specify and configure 2 to 12 optional modules for your application. You can daisy-chain or star-connect multiple racks as needed. Interconnection with EtherCAT cable redundancy is supported.

In addition, the AMC 600 supports various protocols, for example, PROFINET, MODBUS TCP/RTU, OPC UA and even HTTPS/WSS for cloud connectivity, giving you the freedom to easily design a new solution or integrate the AMC 600 into an existing one.

The AMC 600 is a compact PLC that reduces the space required in your control cabinets.With a rack height of only 122 mm, it fits defacto PLC standards and its depth is only 114 mm (130 mm with connectors).

The AMC 600 uses a Linux operating system.The architecture of the platform is completely open, giving you full access to system configuration, plus a world of options, including Web-based configuration, user management, IEC 61131-3 programming via CODESYS V3.5 and secure Web-based visualization. A wide range of communication protocols such as MODBUS RTU / TCP, OPC UA, CAN / CANopen, J1939 and PROFINET is provided as standard.

The controller is prepared for cyber security threats: the new CPU module and operating system are designed to withstand IEC 62443 Security Level 3.
